With the recommendation of an instructor or school counselor, high-school students can earn college credits. NECI’s two Dual Enrollment courses include a 7.5-week online class and a Saturday hands-on culinary class at NECI's campus in Montpelier, VT.
In 2019, two Dual Enrollment classes will be offered in our Winter semester: "Exploring Sustainability: Practices in Preservation" in Term A (January 7-February 27) and "Science Connection" in Term B (March 4 - April 27). New England Culinary Institute offers programs in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Food and Beverage Business Management. Our campus is located in Montpelier, Vermont, and we offer hands-on education with small classes at three levels: Professional Certificate, Associate in Occupational Studies, and Bachelor of Arts.
